Holding Space is about giving yourself permission to think and feel something, you’ve previously judged as off limits. From the music they create to the lives they pursue, they push the boundaries of what’s ok to feel, speak and express. Holding Space is a band about exploring and processing some of life’s deepest emotional experiences: Depression, Discovering Identity, and Codependent Relationships, to name a few. Their tagline, HOLD SPACE NOT HATE, reminds us to lovingly give ourselves the room to feel and process whatever we need to and not hate ourselves by suppressing who we are or what we think and feel.
